Client Services Operatives: Ref CS01

You will be monitoring the EMX Message System and actively supporting new clients as they go live. You have the opportunity to get involved in projects as we build new functionality into the system. You will also be producing PowerPoint presentations, statistics and welcome packs.

The successful candidate will:
-Be confident, enthusiastic and self motivated
-Have excellent communication skills both verbal  and written
-Have a great telephone manner
-Be well organised and efficient
-Be willing to take responsibility and get results
-Be excellent at trouble-shooting and diplomatic
-Be computer literate, especially  Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Client Relations and Integration Executive
 

EMXCo, owners of the EMX Message System, the electronic solution for the transaction of mutual funds, has seen record growth in the last twelve months and are now recruiting for a Client Relations and Integration Executive to be based at their Luxembourg office.

The Client Relations and Integration Executive is responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients to maximise use of the EMX Message System.

The successful candidate will have previous client services experience together with the ability to speak English and at least one other European language fluently. They will have excellent questioning and listening skills and be confident and outgoing. An understanding of the mutual funds or financial services industry would be desirable.

The role involves working outside the office environment on a regular basis and therefore the successful candidate must be self-motivated, self-sufficient and work well within a team.

As the role is client focused a full driving license is required together with the ability to travel outside Luxembourg from time to time.
